One of the tools of parental alienation the Arizona Department of Child Safety utilizes to alienate children from parents who are victims of this type of institutional corruption, is a common requirement is the requirement of full time safety monitors be present in the home prior to reunification.
Most front line essential workers lack the funds required to pay for a full time safety monitor for the return of their children to their care. That is why in many instances corrupt DCS case workers utilize this requirement to seize your children. It is harder for those case managers to justify a permanent removal of a child from the home if the parent has custody under a safety monitor agreement, but temporary placement in absentia of such monitors fuels the false narrative that the parents are improper and unfit.
Those days are over.
The Arizona Advocacy Foundation for Victims of DCS Corruption will help you get anvoluneer.
Contact us here to see if there are any volunteer safety monitors available or if you would like to volunteer as a safety monitor :

Contact us and tell us what skills you have to join our cause and be prepared to be a foot soldier, and you can serve even if you are disabled or have limitations.
